Stepped in two minutes before closing to grab a ham n cheese croissant and chocolate covered biscotti! Yum, can't wait eat it :-) Ate both in about ten minutes and they were delicious!!! I'll be back tomorrow..

We tried 3 different croissants. I had heard great things about the almond croissants, and had recently tasted one that was amazing and wanted to compare. It was a solid contender, but I wish it had a stronger marzipan flavor. The 3 croissants were all enjoyable and I would stop by again for a croissant and coffee.

This bakery is my favorite one in our area. I have loved everything I've ordered including coffee & pastry, lunch, birthday cakes, and excellent breads.

Came here to get some croissants for the office. Got a dozen of different ones. I only tried the chocolate one and will say it was good. Gave 4 stars because staff was great. If I could do half would probable give 3.5 for the actual croissant. Would go back for sure. I do wish however they would do some sort of discount when ordering a dozen vs being rung up for each one individually.

Stopped here for a quick breakfast and it was really enjoyable. They actually had a line out the door of people waiting to order, but they got to everyone pretty quickly. They had some menu outside before you walk in and also some choices on the wall but I think because it was busy, I couldn't see everything they had in the case. I got the breakfast croissant with ham and it was decent with chopped up pieces of ham. I also got a regular coffee which was good and refillable. The desserts in the case looked amazing - definitely worth a visit. There is a decent selection of both indoor and outdoor seating.

I do have to say that THIS bakery is one of my favorites is located in American Canyon. I believe they have one in Napa and then they just open one in Fairfield it's next to a Costco. My favorite is American Canyon.

Being 2 people who just moved to Pacific Grove and know nothing in this area we went to Google and this little bakery is top rated on there so we decided to try it out. No regrets. I had never had an almond croissant before and it completely blew me away. On top of that, I tried an almond croissant at a different cafe a few days later (because I'm obsessed now) and it was terrible. Completely different than the ones at Paris Bakery. Service was great, it's busy but those people move quick and are very friendly (: the whole bakery is very quaint and the vibe is very comforting. Will definitely be back since I noticed there have soups & sandos.

This is a wonderful places for coffee, pasties, pies, and cakes. As well as lunch sandwiches and other specialties. The service is prompt and on a "when you're ready to order" style...even though there might be a line. The venue is small but efficient and there are some outdoor dining options. I came in a fruit tart that literally disappeared after serving it. Truly delicious.
